The right next step for self-serve growth
An expansion agent that reasons over contract and usage data to recommend either a self-serve upgrade or a warm handoff to sales.

Nine years across banking, payments and enterprise platforms. Now exploring what AI can make possible, with human judgment at the center.
I'm a Senior Product Manager with 9+ years building digital products, platform integrations and AI-enabled solutions across banking and financial services, for American Express, Vanguard, Fiserv, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank.
I turn business opportunities into technical capabilities that scale, working closely with engineering, compliance and business partners. My recent work centers on intelligent platforms: generative and agentic AI, workflow automation, and platform modernization on Azure OpenAI and LangChain, always tied to adoption and outcomes you can measure.
I ask the question that makes a complicated problem clearer.

From instant lending to enterprise migration. Open any role for the problem, my approach and the impact.
The questions I get asked most in interviews, answered here so you get a sense of how I lead before we meet.
I write down what's actually known and what's assumed, separately. Then I break the problem into the smallest piece that gives a real signal fastest, and sequence around that signal instead of trying to solve everything at once. The first structure is a hypothesis, not a commitment, and I revisit it as new data lands.
I name the single outcome a request is accountable for and put a number on the real cost of doing nothing, not just the loudest complaint. I sequence by what unblocks the most value fastest, and I say out loud what's being deprioritized and why instead of deferring quietly.
I treat conflict as a sign that something structural is unresolved. I separate the position (what someone wants) from the interest (why they want it), and anchor on the constraint both sides already accept, whether timeline, budget or compliance, before escalating.
Owning the outcome, not just the deliverable. I check whether a shipped feature actually moved the metric it was meant to move. If it didn't, that's new information to act on, not a reason to move on quietly.

I built a donation platform that let people fund groceries for child care homes directly through local stores, with real-time updates and full transparency. It grew to 30 care homes and 20 vendor partners across Patna, Pune and Jaipur, raised private funding, and won a 2021 grant from the US Consulate General, Kolkata.
Alongside consulting I've worked with startups and built my own. Not every idea became a big business, but each taught me how to solve real customer problems with limited resources.
Moving from India to the United States tested me more than any project. It taught me resilience, adaptability and how to build relationships from scratch.
You'll often find me in the gym, reading about nutrition, or writing. I'd like to build something one day that helps busy professionals live healthier lives.
